What is included in a membership?
A membership unlocks every premium recipe in the library (about 48 as of today), our digital shopping lists, weekly meal plans, and the printable PDF version of any recipe. The free section will always stay free.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
You enter your card details to start the trial. We do not charge anything for the first 30 days. If you cancel inside the trial window, you will never be charged. If you keep the membership, we charge $9.49/month or $99.49/year on day 31.
How do I cancel my membership?
Sign in, go to your account page, and click "Cancel Membership". The cancel button is one click. We do not put you on the phone with a retention agent. If you cannot find the button, email us at info@triotremont.com and we will cancel for you.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes. Every order on the site, including a paid membership, is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy, email us within 30 days of payment and we will refund in full.
How long does shipping take on kitchen store orders?
We ship from a warehouse in Florida. Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days inside the continental USA. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Are there ads on the recipes?
No. We are funded entirely by memberships and the kitchen store. There are no display ads and no sponsored recipes anywhere on the site.
Can I print a recipe?
Yes. Members have access to a print-friendly PDF for every recipe. Free recipes have a clean print view in the browser as well.
Are nutritional facts included?
We include approximate nutritional facts on every recipe. These are estimates calculated by an automated tool and should not be treated as medical or dietetic advice.
Do you have dietary filters?
You can filter by cuisine on the recipes page. We are working on dietary tags for vegetarian, gluten free, and dairy free recipes - look for that update later this year.
Can I gift a membership?
Not yet, but we are working on gift cards. For now you can pay for an annual plan with a friend's email and they will get access immediately.
How are the kitchen products curated?
We only stock tools the four people on our team use weekly. We do not run paid placements or accept free product in exchange for shelf space.
Where do you cook the recipes?
In a converted apartment in Pembroke Pines, Florida. The kitchen has a regular four-burner gas stove and a standard oven, so everything you cook at home, we cook on too.
Why no social channels?
We are not active on any third-party social platforms because we prefer to put our time into the recipes and the email list. Every week our members get a meal plan and the latest journal post directly in their inbox.
How do you pick which cuisines to add?
We focus on the ten most-cooked cuisines in American homes. We will add more once the existing categories each hold a deep, well-tested library.
