We back every order and every paid membership with a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked.
1. Our promise
Every paid order on triotremont.com - whether a kitchen-store purchase or a paid month or year of membership - is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with what we sent or with the recipe library experience, write to us within 30 days of the charge on your card and we will refund the full amount.
2. How to request a refund
- Email info@triotremont.com from the email address on file.
- Include your order number (from the receipt we emailed you) or the email address on your account.
- Tell us what didn't work for you. We use the feedback to make the next batch better, but it is not a condition of the refund.
- We will respond within one business day and issue the refund inside 5 business days. Bank processing usually takes another 3 to 7 days to show on your statement.
3. Return window for physical goods
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on items from the Kitchen Store. We will email you a prepaid return label. Items should be in original, unused condition with all included accessories. Used cookware can still be returned in the first 30 days as long as it has not been damaged.
4. Exceptions
- Perishables (none currently in our store, but reserved for future stock).
- Digital downloads such as printable cookbooks or PDF recipe cards once you have downloaded the file.
- Custom or engraved items, where the personalization would prevent resale.
5. Damaged or wrong-item shipments
If a package arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, write us within 7 days with a photo. We replace at our expense with no return required.
6. Membership refunds after 30 days
After the 30-day window, we don't issue refunds on past charges, but you can cancel any time and you will not be billed for the next period. Your access continues to the end of the period you paid for.
