Drunken Noodles Pad Kee Mao
Wide rice noodles tossed with chicken, holy basil, garlic, chili and a smoky wok-charred finish.



Method
Cook this dish straight through. Read the steps once before you start.

Step 1Pound garlic and chilies into a paste.

Step 2Stir-fry chicken in a screaming hot wok until charred.

Step 3Add noodles and the sauces and toss aggressively to coat.
