Shakshuka with Feta
Eggs poached in a spiced tomato and pepper sauce, finished with crumbled feta and torn herbs.



Method
Cook this dish straight through. Read the steps once before you start.

Step 1Saute onion and pepper in olive oil until very soft.

Step 2Add garlic and spices and cook 60 seconds, then add tomatoes.

Step 3Simmer 12 minutes until thick, make wells and crack in eggs.

Step 4Cover and cook until whites are set, top with feta and cilantro.
