Rosemary Focaccia
A pillowy olive oil focaccia with deeply dimpled tops, rosemary, and a generous sprinkle of flaky salt.



Method
Cook this dish straight through. Read the steps once before you start.

Step 1Mix flour, salt, yeast and water and let it rise 8 hours in the fridge.

Step 2Pour into an oiled sheet pan and let it puff for 2 hours.

Step 3Dimple all over with oily fingers, scatter rosemary and salt.

Step 4Bake at 450F for 22 minutes until deeply golden.
