Mongolian Beef
Crispy flank steak in a glossy sweet-soy glaze with scallions tumbled through right at the end.



Method
Cook this dish straight through. Read the steps once before you start.

Step 1Toss beef in cornstarch and pan-fry in batches until crisp.

Step 2Stir-fry garlic and ginger, then add soy sauce and brown sugar.

Step 3Return beef to the pan and toss with the glaze to coat.

Step 4Add scallions, toss once and serve over jasmine rice.
