Sweet and Sour Pork
Crispy pork tossed with peppers, pineapple and a glossy sweet-and-sour sauce in classic Cantonese style.



Method
Cook this dish straight through. Read the steps once before you start.

Step 1Coat pork in egg and cornstarch and fry until crisp.

Step 2Stir-fry pepper and pineapple until lightly charred.

Step 3Whisk vinegar, ketchup, sugar and soy with a cornstarch slurry and simmer to thicken.

Step 4Toss pork in the sauce with the peppers and pineapple.
