Chicken Tikka Masala
Yogurt-marinated chicken in a creamy tomato sauce with garam masala, kasuri methi and a touch of cream.



Method
Cook this dish straight through. Read the steps once before you start.

Step 1Marinate chicken in yogurt, half the spices, garlic and ginger for 1 hour.

Step 2Sear chicken under the broiler until charred at the edges.

Step 3Saute onion, then blend with tomatoes and simmer with remaining spices.

Step 4Stir in cream, return chicken to the sauce and finish with kasuri methi.
