Butter Chicken
A silky, buttery tomato curry with charred tandoori-style chicken and a smoky kasuri methi finish.



Method
Cook this dish straight through. Read the steps once before you start.

Step 1Marinate chicken in yogurt and tandoori spices for an hour.

Step 2Char chicken under the broiler until just cooked.

Step 3Saute aromatics in butter, add tomatoes and simmer, then blend smooth.

Step 4Return sauce to pan, add cream and chicken and finish with kasuri methi.
