Berry Crepes Suzette
Lacy thin crepes folded around fresh berries with an orange and Grand Marnier butter sauce.



Method
Cook this dish straight through. Read the steps once before you start.

Step 1Whisk batter and rest 30 minutes, then cook thin crepes in a buttered pan.

Step 2Make a sauce of sugar, orange juice, zest and butter, then add Grand Marnier.

Step 3Fold crepes around berries and warm in the sauce.

Step 4Plate with extra berries and a dusting of powdered sugar.
