Salade Nicoise
A composed Provencal salad of seared tuna, haricot verts, potatoes, eggs, olives and a Dijon vinaigrette.

Cook this dish straight through. Read the steps once before you start.

Step 1Boil potatoes until tender and blanch haricot verts.

Step 2Sear tuna 90 seconds per side and slice thinly.

Step 3Whisk Dijon, vinegar and olive oil into a vinaigrette.
