Sashimi Platter
Pristine slices of salmon, tuna and yellowtail served over crushed ice with soy, wasabi and pickled ginger.



Method
Cook this dish straight through. Read the steps once before you start.

Step 1Chill the fish very cold and use a long, sharp knife.

Step 2Slice each fish at a slight angle into 1/4-in thick pieces.

Step 3Arrange over julienned daikon on a chilled platter.

Step 4Serve immediately with soy, wasabi and pickled ginger.
